The TV cable reception is terrible, shampoo thats it, 1 garbage can.

Nice location, clean but the rooms are poorly prepared for guests.

There is a train track close to the hotel. The train went at 1AM and then again at 6:30 AM. It sounded like it was coming through our room. Also, the TV did not get very good reception. But, we talked to the hotel staff and they let us move to a different part of the hotel. It appears that the section we were in did not get good reception from the satellite. ...read more

Close to where we were visiting family from up north.
We stayed in a room that had mildew on the curtains. Not cleaned in bathroom under the sink or cleaned behind the night stand.

Besides the things I have pointed out. It was a very nice place for the money. Would stay there again.

Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby.
All doors were squeaking, but were fixed immediately upon request.

Great hotel for families with children and for businessman. Good free breakfast, although mostly everything was sweet and staff friendly. I have no complaints, would stay there again, especially for such low cost at such high quality. ...read more

They finally replaced with suite room after 2 days of heck.
Too much to describe.

The fridge, microwave, and TV didn't work in room assigned to and no hot water in shower as requested, other room at 8 in morning they promised one by that night but didn't get that day and when went back to room fridge, microwave,TV all gone, air conditioner out of wall in middle of floor with hole in wall, and shower still cold but they said were booked and they would work on tomorrow. The breakfast room too small to occupy seating but would let take food to room/even though have fridge and stuff in room. ...read more
